1. Purpose and nature of the services

This policy explains how Packages for Global Investment Convention (GIC) are delivered by Crescendo Worldwide Private Limited. Packages are services and event access rights. No physical goods are shipped to you, and there is no shipping or delivery charge. Services are delivered before, during and after the Event, which takes place in Bengaluru, India, from 10th to 13th February 2027.

2. Booking confirmation and onboarding

• After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and tax invoice by email, usually within 3 working days.
• We will then contact you to collect the details and materials needed to deliver your Package, such as logos, company profile, project outline, corporate video, artwork, speaker information, and names of delegates and pass holders.
• Please send these materials by the dates we tell you. Late or incomplete materials may limit the branding, promotion or meetings that we can arrange for you.

3. Package overview

The table below gives a summary. Full inclusions are shown on the Pricing Page and the official brochure, and apply as stated in your booking confirmation.

Other benefits such as branding, social media promotion, a dedicated Crescendo resource, investor data, investor company visits, media coverage, panel participation and post-event nurturing support vary by Package. Items marked “NA” or “Not included” on the Pricing Page are not part of that Package.

4. Investor meetings

• Meetings are pre-scheduled by us with qualified investors, based on the information you give us, including your investor project outline, and on the investors’ interest and availability.
• The number of meetings shown for a Package is the number we will aim to arrange. If an investor becomes unavailable, we will try to offer a suitable replacement or reschedule. We cannot control the decisions of investors.
• Meetings are held at the Event at times shown in the schedule. Meetings that you miss or decline may not be rescheduled.
• We do not promise any particular investor, investment or business result.

5. Booths

• Booth type (Pavilion Big Booth, Premium location Display Booth or Display Booth) is allotted according to your Package. The exact location, size and layout are decided by us.
• Standard booth facilities are those stated at the time of booking. Additional items, such as extra furniture, electricity, equipment, internet, storage or customised design, are not included unless stated, and may be charged separately.
• Booth setup and dismantling must follow the schedule and venue rules. You are responsible for your exhibits, materials and any loss or damage to them.

6. Branding and marketing

• Branding items (such as the main stage backdrop, entrance, reception wall, media wall, brochure, guest take-aways, lanyards, invitation cards or media placements) are provided according to your Package.
• Final placement, size and production method are decided by us. Your artwork must be sent in the specified format and by the deadline, and is subject to our approval for suitability and legal compliance.
• Social media and website promotions are delivered on the GIC channels listed in your Package. Timing and content format are at our discretion.
• Media and news coverage, and interviews, are subject to the independent decisions of media partners. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange them, but we cannot guarantee coverage in a particular outlet, its timing or its content.

7. Speaking and panel slots

Conference sessions, keynote addresses and panel slots are allotted for the duration shown in your Package. Session timing, format, topic and speakers are set by us, and may change as the programme develops. Topics and content must be shared in advance and approved by us, and must not be promotional in a way that goes against the Event Code of Conduct and Attendee Policy.

8. Passes and access

• Passes are issued in the names of individual delegates and are not to be shared. A valid photo ID may be checked at registration.
• The number of passes is as stated for your Package. Passes cover access to the Event programme as shown at the time of booking; extra passes may be offered for an additional fee, if available.
• Where your Package includes a Gala Dinner or a similar function, entry is for pass holders only and is subject to the venue’s capacity.

9. Dedicated support and post-event services

Where your Package includes a dedicated Crescendo resource, that person will help coordinate meetings, sessions and visitors at your booth for the number of days stated. Where your Package includes post-event nurturing support, we will help with follow-up for the period stated (for example, one or two weeks), such as sharing investor data and facilitating introductions.

10. What is not included

Unless your Package or booking confirmation clearly states so, the following are not included: international and local travel, accommodation, visa fees, insurance, meals other than those provided at Event functions, shipping and customs clearance of exhibits, and personal expenses.

11. Changes and substitutions

Where something listed in your Package cannot be delivered because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may provide a substitute of equal or similar value. Programme and venue changes are dealt with in our Terms and Conditions.

12. Reporting a problem

If you believe that part of your Package has not been delivered, please tell us at the Event, or in writing within 7 days after the Event ends, so that we can fix it. Our Refund Policy explains when a refund is available.
